Frequently Asked Questions

For a standard company formation, you'll generally need: a copy of each partner's national ID, proof of address, your preferred company name (with 2-3 alternatives) and the intended business activity. It generally takes between 5 and 10 business days once all documents are gathered, depending on the legal structure chosen and how quickly the relevant administrations respond. We keep you informed at every step.

Full details of each plan are on our Company Formation page.
